Support Agent

Salary: Competitive Salary 
Location: Bristol City Centre
Full Time: Permanent

Reporting to the Head of Services, a Support Agent is responsible for ensuring that all Support Service Levels with Clients are met and that Clients satisfaction is maintained at a high level.
A Support Agent is expected to learn all Simitive systems to a high level of proficiency, with an ability to identify and resolve client issues. Support Agents provides a critical interface between clients and the other functions in the company, especially Account Managers. With this in mind, it is a responsibility of Support Agents to identify the need to escalate issues to the Head of Services.
The aim of the Support Team is to achieve the highest standards of client support. We also work alongside other teams in the company to provide training on the system to other colleagues.

Client Support Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all Support Processes and Procedures are adhered to.
  • Ensure that all product and support manuals and documentation are kept up to date and are of an appropriate standard.
  • Work with the Support Team to ensure client portals are maintained to an appropriate level with up to date and relevant help and FAQ sections.
  • Ensure all support calls and emails from clients are responded to appropriately, professionally and within Company SLAs.
  • Escalate Support calls as required to the Head of Services.
  • Ensure that all support calls are correctly logged on the Simitive Support system.
  • Where required ensure that any bugs are correctly logged on Assembla and if needed discuss them further with Development team.
  • Ensure Client teams are kept informed of Client issues, requests or information.
  • Assist the Head of Services in identifying training needed by clients.
  • Provide support with Client data migration and on-boarding process.
  • Ability to provide exhaustive and complete troubleshooting before escalation and ensuring all escalation procedures are adhered to.

  • Very good level of IT literacy.

  • A strong ability to pick up new technical details quickly.

Project Manager


Salary: Competitive Salary

Reporting to the Head of Services, the role of a Simitive Project Manager is to plan, coordinate and ensure successful implementations of our software systems. The Project Manager is responsible for ensuring that all Simitive implementation projects are delivered on time and within budget whilst ensuring client satisfaction is maintained at a high level.

We have an opportunity for the right person to join the Simitive Project Management Team. You will have a keen interest in innovative ways to make organisations and people work better and want to give clients the best possible experience. Simitive Project Managers are known for their professionalism, in depth industry knowledge and firm but friendly approach not just delivering projects but helping clients in achieving the cultural change that Simitive solutions effect.

Responsibilities:
  • Act as the main point of contact to the client and or key internal stakeholders, on behalf of all other Simitive departments associated with the project.
  • Coordinate resources to effectively ensure successful execution of the project plan to ensure that the project is delivered on time, to budget and meets the committed specification.
  • Manage project risks, issues and changes; ensuring appropriate controls and mitigations are in place.
  • Prepare estimates and detailed project plan for all phases and workstreams of the project.
  • Manage project scope and changes.
  • Monitor, track and control outcomes to resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies and critical path deliverables.
  • Manage project quality control and participate in quality issue resolution.
  • Define success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle.
  • Deliver appropriate and effective executive level communication.
  • Ensure that projects and programs are proceeding according to scope, schedule, budget and quality standards.
  • Create and maintain all project documentation, to the Simitive standard, identifying resource and budgetary needs.
  • Host project meetings, at least once a week with the project team. Document all meetings.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers as required.
  • Report on project success criteria results, metrics, test and deployment management activities
  • Provide leadership for project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones
  • Manage multiple projects, of varying size and scope, simultaneously.

  • Communicates in a professional, concise manner, both verbally and in writing, with both technical and non-technical staff to develop strong working relationships throughout the project.
  • Has knowledge of the principles and methods of project management and practical experience of their employment.
  • Able to engage stakeholders and successfully transfer knowledge.
  • Skilled in the creation of documentation that is clear and user-friendly.
  • Able to monitor and report on project progress, highlighting the remaining project time and pro-actively escalating issues where necessary.

  • Can engage client staff in delivering necessary decisions and outputs to ensure that project timelines are maintained.

  • Ability to cope with the occasional long day for more distant clients (UK).

Business Analyst

Salary: Competitive Salary

A Simitive business analyst is responsible for ensuring both internal improvement projects and product development projects are appropriately defined. This involves the understanding, documentation, and communication of all business requirements within each project.

Reporting to the Head of Client Services you will be responsible for supporting the business in the delivery of projects within Simitive.
 
Responsibilities
  • Works alongside the project manager to define project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases and establish the project budget.
  • Facilitates scoping and business priority-setting for change initiatives and product development projects.
  • Supports the operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats, as required by key stakeholders and project scope.
  • Maintains business analysis documentation, standards and ensures the quality of these documents within each project.
  • As defined within project process and scope, constructs processes and workflow charts and diagrams; studies system capabilities and writes specifications.
  • Improves systems and processes by studying current practices, alongside required stakeholders and documenting modifications where appropriate.
  • Monitors project BA workstream progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, publishing progress reports and recommending actions.
  • Analyses, understands, documents and communicates the operational and financial impact of any changes in a clear and succinct format.
  • Always support proposed changes using analytics and evidence-based analysis when delivering to stakeholders and actively participate in the implementation of any approved changes.
  • Identifies specific measures and mechanisms by which benefits can be measured, and plans to activate these mechanisms at the required time.
  • Employs the most appropriate method and style of communication to ensure timely and accurate understanding for all stakeholders.

Developer

​Account Development Manager

Salary: Competitive Salary 
Location: Bristol City Centre

 (Flexible)

This is an Account development role only for existing accounts, as such you will be expected to build relationships across all areas of the account, understand their challenges and strategies and convert their needs into sales of the company’s products.
You will:
  • Have at least 24 months sales account management experience in software, preferably Software as a Service
  • Have experience of selling solutions to Universities
  • Have a track record and examples of account development and selling/ upselling multiple products to the same client
  • Be able to provide a P60 for proof of last 2 year’s earnings
  • Be able to work with a team not ‘go it alone’ and provide evidence of this
  • Be able to demonstrate the ability to successfully network and grow relationships at senior levels within Universities
  • Show evidence of selling business solutions i.e.: hr, review, learning, talent management, accounts
  • Be able to demonstrate knowledge and experience of how the University sector works
  • Have a proven track record of exceeding substantial targets
  • Have exceptional work rate and energy
  • Be able to demonstrate a consultative selling approach
