The role.
We are looking for a proactive and relationship-focused Client Success Specialist to join our team. You will act as a trusted partner to a portfolio of clients, helping them maximise the value of Simitive's products and services through regular engagement, strategic guidance, and collaborative problem-solving.
Working closely with clients and internal teams, you will lead service reviews, identify opportunities for improvement, support product adoption, and ensure clients achieve their desired outcomes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building long-term relationships, understanding client challenges, and making a measurable impact on client success.
This can be either a full-time or part-time position, ideal for a highly organised and proactive professional seeking flexibility while maintaining a rewarding and impactful client-facing role. The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of clients, attend regular online meetings, and work collaboratively with colleagues across the business to deliver an outstanding client experience.

Client Relationships
- Manage a portfolio of clients and build trusted relationships with key stakeholders.
- Lead regular service reviews and client engagement activities.
- Support client retention, advocacy, and long-term partnership development.
Value & Adoption
- Support clients to maximise adoption and value from Simitive solutions.
- Produce client reports, insights, and action plans.
- Identify client risks, challenges, and opportunities, and coordinate appropriate follow-up.
Collaboration & Delivery
- Work closely with internal teams to improve client outcomes.
- Maintain CRM systems and client record management.
- Attend regular online meetings and collaborate across the business to deliver an outstanding client experience.

Essential criteria
- Experience in a Client Success, Account Management, Customer Success, Consultancy, or other client-facing role, with a track record of managing long-term client relationships.
- Experience delivering service reviews, business reviews, or structured client engagement activities.
- Understanding of Client Success, Account Management, or client relationship management principles, ideally within SaaS, software implementation, or technology-enabled services.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to build trust and manage stakeholders effectively.
- Ability to analyse client feedback, identify risks and opportunities, and coordinate practical follow-up.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and produce clear reports and documentation.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and client record management.
Desirable criteria
- Experience working within Higher Education, NHS, or Legal sectors.
- Experience with SaaS or enterprise software solutions.
- Experience supporting software implementation, onboarding, or change management activities.
- Experience identifying growth opportunities, client advocacy, and renewal support activities.
- Understanding of customer success metrics, account health monitoring, stakeholder management methodologies, and value realisation frameworks.
